Two Banana Bread

"The texture of this banana bread is never dry. It turns out to be super light, tender and moist. Sometimes I even cut down on the oil and use 1/4 cup oil and 1/4 cup applesauce instead of using a full 1/2 cup of oil in the bread."  Comment from Recipe Girl

Love the variations!

"I have a banana bread recipe that is perfect for cheesecake lovers like me. In this recipe, you’ll get both cheesecake and banana bread all in one treat. What could be better?"  Comment from Recipe Girl

Combination of two things I love, cheesecake and banana bread.  Sounds like a winner.

Chicken And Corn Chowder

"Chicken and corn chowder is just what you'd hope: creamy, a little spicy, and filled with lots of great bacon flavor. The corn is sweet and fresh, even if you need to use frozen when it's no longer corn season. You can sauté diced fresh poblanos with the onion and garlic instead of using canned green chiles if you prefer. Sautéing the veggie base in bacon fat is a flavorful (and no waste) way to build flavor."  Comment from Southern Living

Sounds like a delicious chowder!

Lemon Pound Cake Muffins

"Making regular cakes into personal-sized cakes, like these lemon pound cake muffins, is a fun way to manage portions and create snack-sized treats for lunchboxes or the office. These mini cakes get a light lemony glaze that makes them more of a dessert than a breakfast muffin recipe (though if you eat these in the morning with coffee, we won’t tell anyone). They last well in or out of the fridge, and they can be dressed up with fruit and whipped cream or eaten as a simple little cake. These pound cake muffins are ideal for bake sales, potlucks and road trips—just about any time you need a hand-held treat."  Comment from Taste of Home

Lemon cakes, muffins, etc. are one of my favorites!  Love this recipe.

"Turtle Pie doesn’t get any better than this: It has an Oreo crust, salted caramel pecan layer, and a thick chocolate ganache layer covering it all! This pie will remind you of those Turtle candies – the ones with pecans and caramel and chocolate – it’s an EPIC pie recipe!"  Comment from Crazy For Crust

Sounds like a delicious winner!!!

Pecan Pie Bars - Several Versions

WOW . . . bite sized, great for snacks and an awesome addition for your appetizer table.  They look delicious!  Who doesn't love pecan pie?  Love them and several recipes are better than one!  Check them out!

VERSION 1

"Pecan Pie Bars incorporate all the elements of your typical classic pecan pie: a crunchy buttery shortbread crust, soft and creamy filling, and crunchy pecans. The shortbread crust is a game changer for pecan bars – plus pie bars are so much easier to serve than regular pie."  Comment from Crazy For Crust
