"Rich and creamy is the perfect description for this shrimp and rice casserole. This easy recipe calls for cream of mushroom soup, onions, bell pepper, medium shrimp, wild rice and cheddar cheese."  Comment from Paula Deen

Love Paula Deen recipes and shrimp is my favorite.  This casserole sounds delicious and I must try it.

Easy Bake Taco Casserole

"Taco casserole’s been in my dinner rotation long enough for me to know exactly where it can go wrong. It’s usually with bland beef, soggy layers, or so many shortcuts that it loses all its charm. I built mine to avoid every one of those pitfalls. The seasoning is bold, the tortillas hold their structure, and the flavors melt together in the oven just right. It’s simple, yes, but the kind of simple that still earns compliments every time it hits the table."  Comment from Sweetly Splendid

Love this taco that doesn't fall apart!  I love tacos, but they are not fun to eat.  This casserole sounds and looks delicious.

Ham Tetrazzini

"A tetrazzini has been a classic casserole in many families for decades. Tuna, chicken, ham, turkey—the protein doesn't matter. But the result is still the same: a creamy, comforting dish that offers a little something different in each bite.

In this version, the emphasis is on ham—store-bought or holiday leftovers, it doesn't matter. That's combined with tender pasta, several kinds of cheeses, earthy mushrooms, and, to bring it all together, a creamy soup mix. For us, this is always a 10 out of 10 kind of dinner."  Comment from Southern Living

This recipe sounds delicious and makes good use of leftovers.

Creamy Mississippi Chicken Enchiladas

"These creamy Mississippi chicken enchiladas take creamy, cheesy slow cooker Mississippi chicken, flavored with pepperoncini and ranch dressing, to a new level. Shredding the chicken and making baked enchiladas is the obvious next step."  Comment from All Recipes

Looks delicious and love that it is prepared in the slow cooker.  I'm not sure about the pepperoncini and would probably substitute with poblano peppers.

Chicken Parmesan Casserole

Tater Tot Casserole

"Like all of our best casseroles, you already probably have the key ingredients in your kitchen. A true hot dish usually incorporates corn or another simple vegetable, which you can easily add to this meaty Tater Tot casserole. But let’s be honest, all Tater Tot recipes worth their salt are all about those tots! The casserole is finished with a heavy hand of cheddar cheese, which melts over everything, creating a cheese-smothered situation that is not to be missed."  Comment from Taste of Home

Looking forward to having my first tater tot casserole

This chicken Divan recipe is decadent, delicious and requires very little prep time, thanks to some already-prepared ingredients such as condensed chicken soup, cooked chicken and cooked rice. Even the broccoli is already cut. Easy broccoleasy."  Comment from Taste of Home

There are so many things I love about this recipe.  It is quick and easy, great to use up leftovers or use rotisserie chicken, use canned biscuits making it semi-homemade.  I have no doubt this will be a recipe that I will make on a regular basis.

"Chicken tortilla casserole is a favorite comfort food dinner.  The lasagna-like recipe is super versatile too!

If you're thinking chicken tortilla casserole looks like an easy-to-make supper that just might make everyone happy, well - you're right!  This casserole comes together in only 20 minutes, thanks to store-bought shredded rotisserie chicken and convenient pantry items like condensed soup, green chiles and corn tortillas.  Everything is layered, then baked until bubbling and melted."  Comment from Taste of Home

Lasagna Casserole

"All the traditional flavor of lasagna, with none of the fuss. We've simplified the layers in this lasagna casserole so the dish comes together more quickly.

Lasagna is already a one-dish casserole, so you might be wondering what’s new about this lasagna casserole recipe. It all boils down to prep time. A traditional lasagna can take up to an hour to prepare, which doesn’t exactly capture the ease I usually associate with casseroles. In this version, the layers are simplified to bring that prep time down to 15 minutes."  Comment from Taste of Home

Love the simplicity of using jarred sauce or the option of homemade pasta sauce.  The only thing I would substitute is ricotta for the cottage cheese.  All in a casserole is a great idea.  Love it!

Ham Ravioli Bake

"With shortcuts ingredients like leftover cooked ham, frozen cheese ravioli and jarred Alfredo sauce, this family-friendly ham ravioli bake comes together in a flash."  Comment from Taste of Home

This recipe is truly a semi-homemade meal that looks like you spent hours making.  Love that it is a great meal for using leftover ham, too.  Looks delicious!
