Ham Tetrazzini

"A tetrazzini has been a classic casserole in many families for decades. Tuna, chicken, ham, turkey—the protein doesn't matter. But the result is still the same: a creamy, comforting dish that offers a little something different in each bite.

In this version, the emphasis is on ham—store-bought or holiday leftovers, it doesn't matter. That's combined with tender pasta, several kinds of cheeses, earthy mushrooms, and, to bring it all together, a creamy soup mix. For us, this is always a 10 out of 10 kind of dinner."  Comment from Southern Living

This recipe sounds delicious and makes good use of leftovers.

"This easy, cheesy ham and potato casserole uses up leftover Christmas or Easter ham! It's perfect for a post-holiday breakfast or weeknight dinner. My family looks forward to this classic combination."  Comment from All Recipes

Love these leftover recipes since I am cooking for one and have to find these recipes instead of having to throw away too many leftovers.

Ham Ravioli Bake

"With shortcuts ingredients like leftover cooked ham, frozen cheese ravioli and jarred Alfredo sauce, this family-friendly ham ravioli bake comes together in a flash."  Comment from Taste of Home

This recipe is truly a semi-homemade meal that looks like you spent hours making.  Love that it is a great meal for using leftover ham, too.  Looks delicious!
