I was very happy to see that the biscuits in this recipe are made with butter, buttermilk and sugar.  I didn't have this recipe.  Yummy sweet biscuits!!  I can't wait to make these strawberry shortcakes!

Awesome twist from the traditional biscuit base, but I love everything puff pastry, nice presentation too.
