Another chicken and rice recipe from All Recipes.  They all sound delicious.  Would love to get around to trying them all out since I love chicken and rice dishes.

One dish sounds easy.  I would try this one first!

Chicken Alfredo Rice Casserole

Chicken Alfredo sauce sounds awesome.  I would love to try this recipe, however, there was a discussion in the comments about minute rice.  I hate minute rice, but love white rice.  What I would do is make more sauce . . . maybe on the side?

The recipes from All Recipes are usually pretty good since they are tested before posted.  This recipe is probably no exception.  My problem with it is minute rice, but it sounds delicious.
