Lemon chicken is awesome, so I can imagine baking it with rice and cream of chicken soup would make it super awesome.  Sounds like a great recipe to try.  Quick and easy too.

Chicken Alfredo Rice Casserole

Chicken Alfredo sauce sounds awesome.  I would love to try this recipe, however, there was a discussion in the comments about minute rice.  I hate minute rice, but love white rice.  What I would do is make more sauce . . . maybe on the side?

The recipes from All Recipes are usually pretty good since they are tested before posted.  This recipe is probably no exception.  My problem with it is minute rice, but it sounds delicious.

Love rice casseroles and this one is fast, healthy and easy!  Perfect for vegetarians . . . I could make this a whole meal.
