Shipwreck Casserole
"Shipwreck casserole is a layered dish of potatoes, ground beef, sautéed vegetables, and cheese that’s baked until bubbling and golden. What about the name? Legend goes that after a shipwreck, the passengers saved what they could and turned it into this casserole for dinner. Whether you believe the story or not, it’s a deeply warming, satisfying meal for certain." Comment from Real Simple
Interesting story. Love the combination of ingredients, easy, seems to be delicious and a casserole I would like to make.

Baked Tilapia
"Baked tilapia is a great beginner’s seafood recipe, especially for those scared of preparing fish. It cooks quickly and can be easily found in the frozen food section of most U.S. grocery stores, and at just about any fish counter. It’s mild in flavor, inexpensive, and comes in naturally portioned, ready-to-cook fillets." Comment from Taste of Home
Most people probably eat tilapia regularly, cooked the same way. For myself I get bored and would love to find more ways to cook tilapia. The recipe being low carb is a plus.

I've decided to have a post that is totally dedicated to my favorite food ever. New recipes will be added as I find them.

Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
"Ina's roasted potatoes are crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. The key to perfect texture is to cut the potatoes crosswise, then toss in olive oil and roast on high heat for just half an hour." Comment from The Food Network

The Best Stuffed Peppers
"We've made this classic easier and faster by using the microwave to par-cook the peppers, saving you about 45 minutes of cook time! This is a great recipe to use up leftover rice. Be sure to really pile in the filling (mounding it is ok) as it will shrink as it cooks." Comment from The Food Network Kitchen
Stuffed Peppers is one of my favorite meals and I needed a new recipe since I can't find my old one.

Crispy Roasted Potatoes with Lemon and Garlic
Bacon Ranch Cream Cheese Wellington
"This dip recipe is a cross between a baked brie in pastry and a more kid-friendly cream cheese log. The result is elegant enough for entertaining, but the bacon and ranch flavors mean kids will love it too. Once you master this easy recipe, experiment with other flavors: garlic-sautéed mushrooms, or curry paste, if you are hosting adults." Comment from Food Network
This recipe is courtesy of Melissa D'Arabian
I'll admit I have never had this before, but it sounds good.

The Best Focaccia
"It's easy to make classic focaccia at home. Our version is airy and slightly chewy, with a delicate golden crust. A drizzle of salt water over the dough during the final rise gives the bread a deeper flavor." Comment from Food Network Kitchen
Focaccia is not a bread that I have made before, but from checking out the recipe, it looks like it is much like making ay other bread. I would love to make it!

Quick Cannoli Dip
Slow-Cooker Crab Rangoon Dip
"This slow-cooker recipe transforms your favorite classic appetizer into a warm, communal dip that’s perfect for any gathering. Simply combine the ingredients and let the slow cooker do the rest. The rich, irresistible dip is great for scooping with crispy wonton chips, crackers or your favorite veggies." Comment from The Food Network Kitchen
Slow cooker meals used for parties are good since you can keep the item warm in the cooker as the serving bowl. Love crab rangoon, so this dip should be awesome.
