"A popular dessert of the early 20th century, Devil's Food Cake differs from "traditional" chocolate cake because it uses cocoa instead of melted chocolate."  Comment from Southern Living

Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwiches

"With the help of your trusty slow cooker, you can enjoy tangy pulled pork sandwiches with just 30 minutes of hands-on time. Cooking the pork low and slow will allow it to easily fall off the bone, and you'll be able to shred it using two forks."  Comment from Southern Living

One of my favorite sandwiches is pulled pork.  Preparing meals in the crock pot is of great interest to me and my thinking is that it would be an excellent choice for a buffet meal where everyone makes their own sandwich and the pork stays warm.  I always use the slow cooker for buffet meals and everyone loves it.  Look forward to trying this recipe.
