Cheese Grits Casserole

Cheese grits casserole has to be awesome since grits is so awesome, in my opinion.  Love grits so much, one of my favorites.  Sometimes I make a pot of grits, throw some butter and cheese in it and that is my meal.  Very satisfying.  I am going to have to try this recipe.

The Peppermint Bark candy looks awesome and I'm sure it is delicious.  How have I not tried this candy in all my life?
