Chocolate-Covered Cherry Cookies

"If you love the flavors of cherry cordials, this is the chocolate cookie recipe for you. Here, a simple chocolate thumbprint cookie is topped with a maraschino cherry and thick chocolate frosting. Once baked, the cookies become moist and decadent thanks to the juicy cherries and fudge-like topping. You can use any type of maraschino cherries you like in this cookie recipe. Just be sure the cherries are pitted."  Comment from Better Homes and Gardens

Love Love Love!!  I'll make a batch just for me!

"These savory ham and Swiss quiche cups are delightful and versatile bites, perfect for breakfast on the go, brunch, or even a light lunch. Each cup combines a buttery homemade pie crust with a rich, eggy filling enhanced by diced ham, creamy Swiss cheese, and fresh green onions."  Comment from Better Homes and Gardens

Chicken Creole

"Tender bites of chicken simmer in a luscious tomato sauce with onion, celery and green bell pepper, ingredients commonly used in Cajun and Creole food. The vegetables add a complex aroma, making this 30-minute sauce taste like it simmered all day. Creole chicken is often served over rice, but you can also spoon it over grits or your starch of choice."  Comment from Taste of Home

Love the creole inspired aspect of this meal that I would love to try.  I have not had this type of meal.  Look forward to that chicken over rice.

"You can’t go wrong making our sausage breakfast pastries. It only takes 4 ingredients and about 30 minutes of baking time. Your house will smell like a bakery and you can feed a group for breakfast simply! Best of all, this recipe is easily customizable by adding other little ingredients."  Comment from White On Rice Couple

This recipe is genius and uses two of my favorite items - puff pastry and sausage.  They look delicious, versatile and make a beautiful presentation for your next gathering!  Quick and easy, but looks like you spent hours.
