These biscuits are one of the easiest recipes I have seen yet and they look delicious.  You can also substitute the fruit used based on your preferences.  Love it!  Semi-homemade!

Just mention potatoes and cheese and you have my attention.  I must try this recipe, it sounds very delicious.  Someone in the comments mentioned adding corn - great idea.
