"This easy recipe for slow-cooker honey garlic chicken features boneless, skinless chicken thighs simmered to tender perfection in a sticky, sweet and tangy honey garlic sauce."  Comment from Taste of Home

I would make this entire recipe and freeze what I don't have in one or two meals.  My thinking about cooking and what to cook has got to change since I am cooking for one again.

"Cashew chicken is one of those menu items that you’ll find at most Chinese or Asian restaurants, but you don’t always have to enjoy it as take-out. It’s easy and quick to make yourself at home. There are no traps or pitfalls between you and a restaurant-quality dish."  Comment from Taste of Home

What a treat it is to prepare a favorite meal from one of your favorite restaurants.  It is also important to make your own variations to the recipe.
