Cheese Grits Casserole

Cheese grits casserole has to be awesome since grits is so awesome, in my opinion.  Love grits so much, one of my favorites.  Sometimes I make a pot of grits, throw some butter and cheese in it and that is my meal.  Very satisfying.  I am going to have to try this recipe.

The Peppermint Bark candy looks awesome and I'm sure it is delicious.  How have I not tried this candy in all my life?

Molly Allen, the recipe creator says: "The bark features two layers of chocolate plus plenty of peppermint flavor. You can certainly go out and find the original at Williams Sonoma, but there’s also the option to make a delicious homemade version. This is an easy food gift idea that any recipient will love!"
