Baked Ham has always been on the holiday menu in my home.  Now that I am cooking for one, I still make a baked ham for myself.  The solution is either having lots of ham for delicious ham meals or buy a smaller ham.  I buy a smaller ham and still have ham leftovers.

The following is a list of videos and links to ham related content:

Black Pepper Beef Stir-Fry

"You know that sizzling, saucy Black Pepper Beef you order from your favorite Chinese takeout? This is it, except it’s faster, fresher, and way more flavorful. Juicy strips of marinated beef, crisp veggies, and a bold peppery sauce that comes together in 30 minutes flat."  Comment from Jo Cooks

This Black Pepper Beef looks absolutely delicious.  Look at it!  Better than Chinese takeout for sure.

Ham Tetrazzini

"A tetrazzini has been a classic casserole in many families for decades. Tuna, chicken, ham, turkey—the protein doesn't matter. But the result is still the same: a creamy, comforting dish that offers a little something different in each bite.

In this version, the emphasis is on ham—store-bought or holiday leftovers, it doesn't matter. That's combined with tender pasta, several kinds of cheeses, earthy mushrooms, and, to bring it all together, a creamy soup mix. For us, this is always a 10 out of 10 kind of dinner."  Comment from Southern Living

This recipe sounds delicious and makes good use of leftovers.

Chicken Tortellini Alfredo

"This Chicken Tortellini Alfredo delivers a restaurant-quality splurge without the hefty price tag or the need to change out of your sweatpants. Plump cheese tortellini swim in a silky Alfredo sauce enriched with both Parmesan and Romano, while tender cubes of pan-seared chicken add substance to every forkful. Egg yolks whisked into warm cream create a velvety smooth coating that clings to each pasta pillow. A whisper of nutmeg adds warmth without announcing itself, and the whole thing comes together in about 30 minutes."  Comment from Taste of Home

Not just another chicken recipe, this one looks really special and delicious.  Perfect for a special occasion.

Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwiches

"With the help of your trusty slow cooker, you can enjoy tangy pulled pork sandwiches with just 30 minutes of hands-on time. Cooking the pork low and slow will allow it to easily fall off the bone, and you'll be able to shred it using two forks."  Comment from Southern Living

One of my favorite sandwiches is pulled pork.  Preparing meals in the crock pot is of great interest to me and my thinking is that it would be an excellent choice for a buffet meal where everyone makes their own sandwich and the pork stays warm.  I always use the slow cooker for buffet meals and everyone loves it.  Look forward to trying this recipe.
