Angel Hair Pasta with Spicy Shrimp
Easy Almond Bear Claw
"Bear claw pastry is one of life’s simple pleasures. Today, I’m making it even easier to enjoy with the help of a puff pastry. Puff pastry is a delicious shortcut that will save you tons of time in the kitchen while still giving you the same, flaky, buttery pastry." Comment from Mom On Timeout
Delicious puff pastry to the recipe for making this a super easy recipe. Love almond bear claws so much and the recipe sounds like a winner for me.

Raspberry Blondies
"The magic of these white chocolate raspberry blondies is all in the details. Using frozen raspberries helps them hold their shape while baking, so the bars stay soft instead of turning soggy. The handful of sliced almonds adds just enough crunch without weighing down the batter, creating the perfect balance of soft and chewy. Slightly underbaking the blondies keeps the centers tender, while the edges set beautifully, giving you those bakery-style bites every time." Comment from Easy Dessert Recipes
These raspberry blondies look very interesting. I love raspberries and would like to try them.

Boston Cream Pie
"Boston Cream Pie is an all-American classic that boasts two layers of moist vanilla sponge cake with a silky smooth pastry cream filling sandwiched in between, and it’s all topped with a decadent chocolate ganache. Contrary to it’s name, it’s actually not a pie, but a cake that dates back to the 1800s! It’s one sweet treat that’s both elegant and bursting with flavor!" Comment from Glorious Treats
Love this cake, but have not had it in years. Would love to make this!

Frittatas . . . my favorite cheap meal. I write about them all the time. My favorite is potatoes cooked like home fries with caramelized onions cooked together, then top with beaten eggs. Much like an omelette, but thicker. Love it! Click here to go to my post about my favorite frittata.

To Peel Potatoes Ahead of Time, Use This Trick Your Grandmother Knew
"As much as we adore eating potatoes every which way, from mashed and scalloped to fried and roasted, peeling spuds can be labor-intensive (especially when you're entertaining a crowd). So, can you peel potatoes ahead of time? The answer is yes (yay) but of course, you need to know what to do with those precious pieces after they've been under the knife—and before cooking time starts. We caught up with a food safety expert and a chef to get the expert-approved method—and it's one your grandmother probably used." Comment from Martha Stewart.com
When I cook, I like to do it in different tasks. It always starts with prepping the vegetables and setting them aside for the next cooking session. But the exception is always potatoes. After reading this article, I don't have to make them an exception.
