Quick and Easy Pizza Dough & Gina's Garlic Bread

Recipe source: The Recipe Rebel

"You’ll need instant yeast, all-purpose flour, sugar, spices, and oil, as well as a large mixing bowl. No need for a stand mixer!"  Comment from The Recipe Rebel

It is easier than you think.  I have been making bread from scratch since I was a teenager learning from my nana.  Just be organized and set aside some time to get it down.  Treat it like fun because it can be.  The results are delicious.

My favorite is my nana's garlic bread that was made like a thick pizza dough drizzled with olive oil and sliced garlic spread throughout the dough topped with parmesan and mozzarella cheese.  That is it except to bake it.

The sweet flavor of root beer is uniquely delicious.  The aroma of root beer takes me back to my childhood days when I could not get enough, especially if it included vanilla ice cream.  It is amazing what memories the awesome aromas of food and drinks bring out in us.

The recipe comes from the kitchen of the Food Network.  If you haven't checked out the website and you are a serious foodie, you must check it out!

Wouldn't this cake be awesome served warm with some ice cream?  I think so!!!

PHILADELPHIA Classic Cheesecake

One of my favorite cookbooks is from Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese which is loaded with all types of cheesecake and other cream cheese delicacies.  The Classic, pictured above from their website, is the mother of all cheesecakes.

Anyway, the cookbook is the most used in my collection and includes the cheesecake I make most often . . . Chocolate Chip Cheesecake.

DIY In-N-Out Burger at Home

"Craving that iconic Double-Double but not the drive or the line? Bring it home instead! Juicy beef, melty cheese, crisp lettuce, tangy pickles, and that legendary sauce come together in a burger that hits all the right notes. Bonus: you get to control every layer (and yes, double-ups are totally encouraged). Homemade, satisfying, and way cheaper than the drive-thru. Just how I like it!"  Comment from Everyday Cheapskate

Since I live in Florida where there are no In And Out Burger restaurants, I can't wait to try this since I have heard so much about their burger.
