"Sometimes, a casserole is more than just a casserole; it’s Chicken Divan. This chicken Divan recipe is decadent, delicious and requires very little prep time, thanks to some already-prepared ingredients such as condensed chicken soup, cooked chicken and cooked rice. Even the broccoli is already cut. Easy broccoleasy."  Comment from Taste of Home

Quick, easy, use leftovers makes a good combination and I love all the ingredients.

Potato Croquettes

"These are what I make when I’ve got leftover mashed potatoes (or an excuse to make mashed potatoes just to fry them). They’re loaded with bacon, stuffed with cheddar and provolone, and fried to golden perfection. Crispy shell, gooey middle, the kind of snack that disappears before you’ve even sat down. And yes, I’ve absolutely eaten them cold straight from the fridge."  Comment from Jo Cooks

Love this recipe!  Not only does it use leftovers, but I love all the ingredients and they sound delicious.

Chicken Biscuit Casserole

"Chicken biscuit casserole is rich and satisfying with a broccoli cheddar base and a buttery biscuit topping. The recipe comes together in about an hour and is a great way to use up leftover chicken."  Comment from Taste of Home

There are so many things I love about this recipe.  It is quick and easy, great to use up leftovers or use rotisserie chicken, use canned biscuits making it semi-homemade.  I have no doubt this will be a recipe that I will make on a regular basis.

This recipe is quick and easy using Jiffy Mix and rotisserie chicken and looks delicious.  Also looks easy to make half of the recipe for someone like me cooking for one with leftovers.

Our Best Jambalaya

"While Southerners may differ on what exactly makes jambalaya, there’s no arguing that it is a classic dish rooted in the South. While most jambalayas are made with rice cooked with ham, sausage, chicken, shrimp, or oysters and seasoned with herbs, some recipes call for tomatoes or celery, while others do not. Our Best Jambalaya recipe is a delicious mix of andouille sausage, chicken, and shrimp, and takes just an hour to make."  Comment from Southern Living

This is another dish that I have wanted to try for a long but never have.  My hesitation is the andouille sausage and whether I will like it or not.  I was thinking of making this jambalaya recipe with italian sausage.  If I do, I will leave my results with the italian sausage or the andouille sausage.

Copycat Crunchwrap Supreme

"Fast food is not always the best answer to “what’s for dinner?” and lucky for us, making Crunchwrap Supremes at home is easier than you think. In fact, call your family and friends into the kitchen to help. Prep the ingredients ahead of time and set them out for everyone to build their own. Then, pop them on the griddle to brown and warm through as they’re built."  Comment from Simply Recipes

These Crunchwrap Supremes are my favorite from Taco Bell.  Looks easy enough to make at home.  Love texmex!

If you're thinking chicken tortilla casserole looks like an easy-to-make supper that just might make everyone happy, well - you're right!  This casserole comes together in only 20 minutes, thanks to store-bought shredded rotisserie chicken and convenient pantry items like condensed soup, green chiles and corn tortillas.  Everything is layered, then baked until bubbling and melted."  Comment from Taste of Home

I have never had this dish, but it looks like something I want to make soon.  It looks so delicious!

Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

"One of our most popular chicken dinners ever, these creamy enchiladas are easy to make at home. Layer a 13×9-inch pan with tortillas stuffed with leftover chicken, cream cheese and spices, then pour over a quick enchilada sauce. Feel free to add or subtract chiles, or vegetables like chopped peppers or corn."  Comment from Taste of Home

One of my favorite meals that I have never made.  This recipe has cream cheese and really sounds delicious to me.  It is one of those recipes that is very versatile . . . I would use pork instead of chicken for a change.

Ham-and-Cheese Croquettes

These croquettes remind me of a tuna fish croquette that my nana made that were delicious.  Wish I had the recipe.

Ham and cheese croquettes look like a delicious choice for appetizers or a snack.  Substitute the ham with chicken or pork for a variety of croquettes.  Love the possibilities.

Use your ham leftovers for this recipes.

The recipe doesn't specify adding the ham and cheese, but I assume it is after the dough is cut.

This rice pilaf looks like it is delicious on its own, but I would love to add chicken or pork to make it a main dish.

Copycat Olive Garden Breadsticks
