Love the idea of a mint flavored brownie-like cookie!  I had no idea that Andes Mint Chips exist.  What a great idea and would be a good alternative to chocolate chips or include both in a chocolate chip cookie.  Thanks to Melissa of Bless This Mess for this recipe.
